America is full of incredibly diverse landscapes. From stunning cityscapes to sandy beaches to mountainous canyons, the US boasts it all! It is a photographer’s dream, and an instagrammer’s idea of heaven. These views will stay with you for a lifetime, so here are some of our favourites in the country:

The Hollywood Sign, LA

There is nothing quite like watching the sunset over Los Angeles from the infamous Hollywood sign. After a rewarding hike up to the sign, you can take in the gorgeous LA coast line and the stunning cityscape views below. It is a great way to take in the city and escape the madness for a little while; also it’s always thrilling to see the sign up close in real life!

Yosemite

America is full of national parks, all boasting outstanding beauty and incredible hikes; but Yosemite tops nearly all of them, and there’s a good reason why! From dramatic waterfalls to sublime cliff faces, Yosemite is a memorable experience. Whether you’re going there to hike, drive or bear-spot, you are guaranteed incredible views the whole way! On our tours we always make sure our Dragons have plenty of free time to explore this beautiful park.

Whale-watching in Boston

Boston not only holds incredible nightlife, quirky shops and buzzing city streets but it is also home to magnificent whales, not far from its harbour! We take our Dragons out on an exciting whale-watching adventure to take in the stunning sea views and, on the way back, some incredible views of Boston harbour.

The Las Vegas Strip

Go to the top of any hotel and look out over the strip, or just stand amongst it yourself… The Las Vegas Strip is a view like no other. Adorned with plenty of boutique hotels, casinos and bars, the strip is lit in a thousand different colours, making for incredible photos and memories! Empire State Building, New York

It’s an obvious one, but it has to be on the list! Seeing New York from the sky is essential, not only to gain some much needed perspective, but to witness that infamous skyline featured in so many movies and TV shows. It is truly spectacular, and we make sure to take our Dragons up just as the sun is setting so you get to slowly see the city transform into a sparkling maze!
